The high cases of hand-foot-mouth saw in Tan Phu, Trang Bom, Dinh Quan, Long Thanh and Nhon Trach districts.
To control outbreaks of the disease, the health sector disinfected former disease-hit areas, raising public awareness as well as training teachers and parents in detecting symptoms of and protecting children from hand, foot and mouth disease.
