Children in Trang Bom district received the highest number of inoculations, with over 6,100 shots.
Statistics from the department showed that there are 295,738 children aged between 12 and 18 in the province. So far, 8.97 percent of them have got COVID-19 vaccination.
The province planned to give over 97,000 doses of Pfizer vaccine to local children aged between 15 and 17 by November 11. Along with that, the department will continue to petition the Ministry of Health for allocating some 500,000 doses of Pfizer vaccine to provide vaccination to all children between 12 and 17 in the province.
