(ĐN)- Dong Nai recorded 623 new COVID-19 infections in the past 24 hours to 7 am on September 21, the Department of Health announced.
Among the new cases, three was found in the community, 125 in quarantine sites and 495 in locked-down areas.
Bien Hoa city logged the highest number with 341 cases. It was followed by Trang Bom district with 122 infections and Nhon Trach with 109 cases.
The province recorded 6 deaths on Sept 21, raising the total death toll from COVID-19 to 388.
Also on the day, an additional 588 patients were given the all-clear, raising the total number of recoveries to 20,943.
