N.T.D a resident of Cam My district, is now reportedly in a stable condition. The accident took place on June 21. By the time he was rushed to the hospital, Tai had lost a lot of blood and suffered a broken bone.
Doctors conducted an urgent surgery, connecting his bone, blood vessels and vein back to the arm. Dr Nguyen Gia Duy Tri from the hospital said that it was a serious work accident, and that the surgery was difficult because the cut was near the main artery. The connection must be done meticulously to ensure that the artery functions properly and the patient can move his hand afterwards, he said.
