(ĐN)- Vietnam Social Insurance has recently handed over 100 free healthcare cards to people with difficult circumstances in Song Ray, Xuan Dong and Xuan Tay in Cam My district.
These cards aim to help disadvantaged people to improve living conditions and access to healthcare services.
As of November-end, about 84 percent of the local population is covered in health insurance.
