(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s health sector has set a target of having 8.5 doctors per 10,000 residents in 2020 so as to increase the quality of health check-ups and treatment, said Director Phan Huy Anh Vu of the provincial Department of Health.
Accordingly, the province’s healthcare system will have thorough plans for infrastructure and human resources.
Particularly, the province will sent students to universities to pursue medical training and joined hands with medical universities in the country to expand training.
Extra efforts will be made to help medical staffs exchange experience, get updated on the latest medical information and enhance their capacity.
