(ĐN)- Long Khanh Regional General Hospital has recently saved a 70-year-old woman who suffered a stroke.

The patient was brought to the hospital in an unconscious condition. She could not talk and was paralysed in left side. The doctors gave her an emergency aid. After being treated, the woman recovered and could talk.

Phan van Huyen, director of the hospital, said the hospital has treated successfully six cases of stroke since it had put into operation a division for stroke patients in early February. Stroke patients can be saved if timely treated, he added.
