Since October 2016, cardiologists of Thong Nhat General Hospital have conducted 17 open-heart surgeries for patients, including an emergency open-heart surgery.
Meanwhile, since March 2018, Dong Nai General Hospital has conducted successfully 13 other open-heart surgeries, with one open-heart surgery for child patient jointly performed by cardiologists of Dong Nai General Hospital, Dong Nai Children Hospital and HCM city Children Hospital 1.
