(ĐN)- Long Khanh town’s Red Cross Chapter in cooperation with Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre held a Humanitarian Blood Donation Day on December 13.
More than 300 volunteers registered to take part in this socially meaningful event; 297 of them were selected to donate blood after conducting the screening tests.
Accordingly, 297 blood units were collected and provided to hospitals.
In 2018, the chapter organized 12 blood donation programs and collected more than 2,140 blood units.
