(ĐN)- On November 16, Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization and Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre launched a voluntary blood donation program.
The meaningful event attracted the participation of local state employees and people and donated 298 units of blood.
Chairwoman Do Thi Phuoc Thien of the provincial Red Cross Association said the province has so far collected 31,000 blood units, fulfilling 91 percent of the yearly target.
