(ĐN)- Nearly 3,000 cases of dengue fever, including two deaths, have been reported in Dong Nai since early this year, according to the provincial Preventive Medicine Centre. In only Bien Hoa city, some 1,000 cases were reported.
The number of dengue fever cases is increasing mostly in Bien Hoa city and the districts of Dinh Quan, Trang Bom, Nhon Trach.
Dong Nai’s health sector is launching mosquito larva killing campaigns in an effort to prevent the disease’s spread.
