(ĐN)- Cardiologists of Dong Nai General Hospital, Dong Nai Children Hospital and HCM city Children Hospital 1 have jointly performed the first case of open-heart surgery for a child patient.
This is the second case of open-heart surgery conducted successfully at Dong Nai General Hospital.
After the surgery, the 18-month-old patient who suffered from congenital heart disease, had recovered.
The child was transferred to Dong Nai Children Hospital for further treatment.
