(ĐN) - Dong Nai Youth Federation late last week began a campaign for elderly people’s health to mark the International Day of Older Persons.
The campaign provided free medical check-ups and medicines to around 300 older people in Dinh Quan district. They were also counseled on how to prevent diseases. On this occasion, the organizer gave 30 gifts to poor policy families in Thanh Son commune and 300 helmets to local residents.
Earlier, similar campaigns have started in Vinh Cuu district and Bien Hoa city. Around 300 elderly people got free healthcare and gifts.
