(ĐN)- The number of dengue patients and hand-foot-mouth cases in Dong Nai continues to increase in recent days. Accordingly, Department of Health required all health facilities to step up measures to prevent the spread of dengue fever and hand-foot-mouth in the locality.
The department highlighted the essential measures that must continue to be applied to prevent further spreading of the fever and hand-foot-mouth diseases. These include providing citizens with constant updates on the fever’s progress, spraying chemical substances to kill mosquitoes in areas of outbreaks, ensuring efficient prevention of the diseases, as well as strengthening hospitals’ dengue treatment capabilities.
