(ĐN) - In the school year of 2016-2017, Trang Bom district had more than 51,700 health insurance card holders who are students, making up 89.11 percent, up 12 percent against the last school year, according to local Social Insurance Agency.
The agency is now making efforts to launch programs and measures to expand the number of participants, increase its health insurance coverage to 100 percent in the school year of 2017-2018.
In this period, local health center and medical stations provided health check-ups and treatments to more than 9,100 students with a total cost of over VND1.5 billion.
