(ĐN)- On September 20, Long Khanh town Red Cross Chapter in cooperation with Cho Ray Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre launched a humanitarian blood donation program.
The event attracted the participation of hundred of state employees, armed forces, volunteers, teachers and people living in Hang Gon commune. Accordingly, 65 blood units were collected and provided to hospitals.
Since the beginning of this year, the town received 1,921 blood units to help needy patients.
