(ĐN)- Recently, Xuan Loc district’s Red Cross Chapter in cooperation with HCM city Poor Patient Sponsor Association provided free eye check-ups to 80 poor people living in the locality.
As a result, 56 of them who are cataract sufferers and trichiasis patients will get free eye operations in the coming time.
This is part of the program called “Bringing Sight to the Disadvantaged People”, which was launched to help poor patients with eye-diseases integrate into their community with more hope for a better life
