In addition, the health sector will continue to boost links with medical universities on programs to train medical staff, with the focus on training doctors, pharmacists and post-graduates.
At the same time, the department will also carry out policies to attract medical staff and provide support to officials, employees working in the heath sector.
So far, Dong Nai has had over 2,000 doctors, representing 7.1 doctors out of 10,000 people. Of them, there are four Ph-Ds and over 500 post-graduates.
