On this occasion, the delegation also gave presents and free hair cut to beneficiaries. The total cost of the program is estimated at more than VND100 million.
This is one of activities to respond the 2017 Spring Volunteer Campaign that takes place between December 15, 2016 and February 15, 2017, aiming to help young people and children with difficult circumstances.
