(ĐN)- Dong Nai General Hospital has so far this year attracted 62 new doctors, including to 23 leading experts from HCM city to work at the hospital, increasing the total doctors working at the hospital to 370.
According to Director of Dong Nai General Hospital Phan Huy Anh Vu, the investment under public-private partnerships (PPP) model has helped offer more preferential policies to attract high-quality workforce to the hospital. The doctors and leading experts will be provided preferential policies and pay at their deal. This is an intensive technical transfer which helps increase treatment quality as well as improves medical staff’s skills.
