(ĐN)- Bien Hoa city have recently implemented a mosquito larva killing campaign within households in an effort to prevent dengue fever and Zika virus.
The campaign aims to call for families’ self-protection against mosquitoes by cleaning water containers to remove mosquito larvae and securely covering all water containers to prevent the insect from entering them and laying eggs.
More than 700 cases of dengue fever including one death have been reported in the city from early this year until now, according to the provincial Preventive Medicine Centre.
