(ĐN)- Long Thanh Regional General Hospital’s doctors have successfully saved a 20-year-old patient whose liver was severely ruptured by a traffic accident.
Earlier, on March 18, the man named Tran Quoc Cuong, living in Long Than district’s An Vieng commune, was brought to the hospital in a critical condition. Tam was unconscious, had a lot of blood and his skin was pale due to multiple traumatic injuries in abdomen and chest, which could threaten to his life.
Doctors diagnosed his health condition and gave him an emergency operation. The patient’s health condition improved and he is gradually recovering.
