(ĐN)- The Ministry of Health on January 4 announced the decision to establish the Bien Hoa Central Institute of Forensic Mental Health in Dong Nai Province's Bien Hoa City.

The institute comprising 250 beds, which is established based on Southern Central Institute of Forensic Mental Health in Bien Hoa city, will provide health care services and carry out forensic mental health check-up following the requirement of police and individuals.
The institue will also conduct forensic mental health check-up for 10 southern provinces including Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong , Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long.
The Ministry of Health appointed Mr. Bui The Hung to be the Head of the institute for five years from now.
