(ĐN)- Long Khanh Regional General Hospital’s doctors have successfully saved a 26-year-old patient who had a severe heart injury in a surgery.
Earlier, on October 7, the man named Tho Tam, living in Xuan Loc district, was brought to the hospital after his abdomen had been penetrated by a stab. Tam was unconscious and had lost a lot of blood.
Doctors diagnosed his health condition and gave him an emergency operation. The patient’s condition improved and recovered.
As known, the surgery was the eighth of its kind that have been successfully conducted at the hospital.
