(ĐN)- In the morning of August 17, Dong Nai Food Industrial Corp (Dofico)’s leaders and employees donated 352 units of blood to respond to the campaign “Pink drops of blood”.
At the same day, Bien Hoa 1 industrial park-based Bibica Company’s volunteers donated 80 blood units.
Earlier, the summer campaign collected 54 units of blood from taxi drivers of Mai Linh Company.
The “Pink drops of blood” campaign has been launched by Dong Nai province’s Red Cross Association and Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre from May 8. So far, the campaign has received 6,873 units of blood, contributing to ease the shortage of blood at local hospitals and HCM city-based Cho Ray hospital.
