(ĐN)- A HIV/AIDS Prevention Project funded by the World Bank and the UK Department for International Development (DFID) has brought positive results for the community, the society and HIV carriers.
The bank and its partnership, DFID, pledged to donate US$210,000 to maintain HIV/AIDS prevention activities in Dong Nai in 2013.
Bien Hoa city, Long Khanh town, Trang Bom, Long Thanh, Xuan Loc and Nhon Trach district will directly enjoy benefits from this project.
Over the past six month, the province has intensified efforts to prevent and control HIV/AIDS by providing free syringes and condoms to high risk people.
