The pilot programme will be implemented in Bien Hoa city and Long Khanh district.
Under the treatment, people can have earlier access to diagnostic, treatment and healthcare services.
Treatment 2.0, initiated by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), includes the development of a better combination treatment regimens, cheaper and simplified diagnostic tools, and a low-cost community-led approach to delivery.
