Over the past four years, the association has launched activities to enhance the research and help its members to improve their knowledge and skills.
The association also made efforts in training, developing and applying advanced medical technologies to offer better health care services to local people.
In this term, the association doubled its members to approximately 700.
The congress elected executive committee for the second term. Doctor Huynh Cao Hai, Deputy Director of the provincial Health Department, was elected Chairman of the association.
