(ĐN)- Since the beginning of this year, Dong Nai recorded 6,500 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) with 3 deaths, said the provincial Preventive Healthcare Centre.
Accordingly, nearly 4,000 cases of HFMD were reported over the past two months. The report also saw 98 percent of the cases in children at the age from 3 to 6.
Dr. Cao Trong Nguong, Director of the centre, forecast that HFMD will have unforeseen developments in coming time.
