(ĐN)- At a recent meeting, Director Huynh Minh Hoan of Dong Nai Health Department stressed the need to train high-quality human resources for the health sector to meet the province’s socio-economic demands.
Currently, Dong Nai has more than 7,950 medical staffs including around 1,200 doctors, an average of 6 doctors per 10,000 residents. In 2011, the sector attracted 195 doctors.
In the coming time, the province’s health sector will continue its efforts to retain and attract skilled medical staff as well as strengthen cooperation in training medical human resources to meet the increasing health care demand of local people.
