Long Dien Real Estate, an arm of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service and Construction Corporation, has recently cut a deal with Me Au Co Hospital Group in HCMC to build a general hospital in neighboring Dong Nai province.

Long Dien Real Estate, an arm of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service and Construction Corporation, has recently cut a deal with Me Au Co Hospital Group in HCMC to build a general hospital in neighboring Dong Nai province.
Long Dien and the hospital firm will invest US$4 million to US$6 million to construct the Au Co Suoi Son General Hospital in the 117-hectare Suoi Son urban area in Giang Dien commune, Trang Bom district.
When in place, the hospital will provide hotel rooms for inpatients who need to stay for medical treatment, according to the developers.
