(ĐN)- Dinh Quan district’s Red Cross Chapter has just cooperated with Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre to launch a humanitarian blood donation event.
This socially meaningful event attracted the participation of students, state employees and local people. Accordingly, 110 blood units were collected and provided to hospitals.
This was the tenth time that Dinh Quan district has organized blood donation program in 2011.
The chapter’s programs received wholehearted support from volunteers and collected 1,800 units of blood.
