(ĐN)- Lately, Nhon Trach district’s Red Cross Chapter launched a humanitarian blood donation program. The event has attracted the enthusiastic participation of 187 volunteers across the district.
Since the beginning of the year, the chapter in cooperation with Cho Ray Regional Blood Transfusion and Haematology Centre organized six blood donation programs and collected 1003 units of blood, fulfilling more than 111% of the set target for the whole year.
Over the past time, its humanitarian blood donation programs received wholehearted support from individuals, organizations and enterprises, including Bach Thanh Enamelled Tile Company, Red Cross Chapters of Phuoc An, Phuoc Khanh and Huu Phuoc communes.
