Japan helps build infirmary in Nam Dinh

The Japanese Government will provide over 100,000 USD in non-refundable aid for the construction of an infirmary in Yen Cuong commune, Y Yen district, the Red River delta province of Nam Dinh .

The Japanese Government will provide over 100,000 USD in non-refundable aid for the construction of an infirmary in Yen Cuong commune, Y Yen district, the Red River delta province of Nam Dinh .

An agreement to this effect was singed in the capital city of Hanoi on Sept. 20.

The project will build a two-storey infirmary on a site of 630 sq.m to replace the old facility, which was constructed 40 years ago.

The project is expected to significantly improve healthcare services for 11,000 local people in Yen Cuong commune, said Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Tanizaki at the signing ceremony.

The ambassador expressed his hope that through the project, the Japan-Vietnam friendship and mutual understanding would be further deepened./.
