(ĐN)- A pregnant woman and her baby have been saved thanks to blood donations by medical workers at the Long Khanh General Hospital in Dong Nai province.
During a caesarean, Tran Thi Thu Huong of Tanh Linh district, Binh Thuan province, 32, lost a lot of blood.
Doctors and nurses in the hospital volunteered to donate 2 units of blood to save her and her baby.
Both mother and daughter were in stable condition and they was discharged from the hospital on September 8.
