Doctors at Thong Nhat Polyclinic Hospital save life of a 27-year-old man with broken heart syndrome

(ĐN)- A 27-year-old man named Tran Van Loc  from Vinh Cuu district’s Vinh An town, Dong Nai province was brought to Thong Nhat Polyclinic Hospital on August 3 in a serious condition. Doctors said the patient was unconscious, no heartbeat and not breathing when he was admitted to the hospital.

On examination, the patient was diagnosed with broken heart syndrome  and he needed emergency surgery to save his life.

The man survived after surgical intervention. Doctors at the hospital have succeeded to bring him back to life after more than five hours. Now the patient is gradually recovering.
