According to Nguyen Van Phuong, Head of the High-Quality Vietnamese Goods Business Association's consumer survey committee, the voting process was conducted from September 2025 to January 2026. It included both direct surveys in eight provinces and cities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Can Tho, Hai Phong, Gia Lai, Dong Nai, and Dong Thap) and online surveys nationwide.
The survey covered nearly 22,000 consumers and more than 4,000 retail outlets. Results recorded over 155,200 votes for more than 4,400 enterprises mentioned by consumers. From an initial list of 659 qualified businesses, the organizers conducted cross-checks and multi-dimensional assessments to select 581 enterprises officially recognized with the 2026 High-Quality Vietnamese Goods title.
