On November 12, Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dong Nai province, chaired a meeting with provincial departments, local authorities, and project investors to review progress on three industrial parks: Long Duc 3, Bau Can – Tan Hiep, and Xuan Que – Song Nhan.

To date, all land within the three industrial parks, including land managed by the rubber sector and land belonging to local households, has been thoroughly surveyed. Local authorities are expediting the issuance of compensation, support, and land recovery decisions, with Long Duc 3 Industrial Park having already completed these procedures.

However, several key connecting transport routes, including Vu Hong Pho Road (serving Long Duc 3 Industrial Park), Provincial Road 770B (serving Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park), and the Thua Duc – Long Khanh route (serving Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park), have yet to complete procedures for feasibility study approval, compensation and site clearance, and design approval, all of which are necessary to ensure synchronized commencement with the industrial park projects.

Project investors have requested that the Dong Nai Rubber Corporation coordinate and temporarily hand over approximately 1 hectare of cleared land in Long Duc 3, 2 hectares for Bau Can – Tan Hiep, and 2 hectares for Xuan Que – Song Nhan before November 15, 2025, to facilitate preparations for the inauguration ceremonies.

At the meeting, representatives from relevant departments and localities identified several persistent obstacles related to land clearance and compensation, as well as issues concerning power infrastructure, transportation, and related administrative procedures.

Chairman Vo Tan Duc emphasized that time is extremely tight and further delays cannot be tolerated, noting that project progress has shown slight improvement over the past month. He urged all relevant agencies to take full responsibility, strengthen coordination, and promptly resolve outstanding issues to ensure that the land is handed over on schedule, as the inauguration ceremonies for all three industrial parks are scheduled for December 19.

The timely implementation and commencement of these industrial park projects will not only contribute to Dong Nai’s goal of sustainable industrial development but also reinforce its pioneering role in attracting strategic investors, expanding global supply chain networks, and driving sustainable growth across the Southern Key Economic Region.
