Dong Nai PPC announces Politburo decision on personnel work

On November 27, the Standing Board of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo’s decision on personnel appointments. The event was chaired by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC) and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Vu Hong Van.

Attending the conference, on behalf of Central agencies, were representatives of the Central Party committees.

Dong Nai province’s leaders present at the event included Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council Ton Ngoc Hanh; Deputy Secretary of the PPC and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Ut; Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai province Huynh Thi Hang; Deputy Secretary of the PPC Vo Tan Duc; and Deputy Secretary of the PPC and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission Thai Bao.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of several Provincial departments and agencies.

At the conference, Member of the PPC and Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission Bui Thi Yen announced the Politburo’s decision to appoint the officials: Member of the PPC and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Kim Long; Member of the PPC and Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (DoAE) Nguyen Tuan Anh; Member of the PPC and Director of the Department of Finance (DoF) Truong Thi Huong Binh, to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Speaking at the event, Secretary of the PPC Vu Hong Van congratulated comrades Nguyen Kim Long, Nguyen Tuan Anh, and Truong Thi Huong Binh on being appointed by the Party Central  Committee's  Secretariat to join the Dong Nai Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary stated that the addition of the newly appointed comrades aims to consolidate the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2025–2030 term, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality to meet increasingly demanding tasks.

The Standing Board and Standing Committee of the PPC placed their trust and high expectations for the newly assigned members, encouraging them to continue demonstrating competence, dedication, and responsibility, and to work closely with the Standing Committee to successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The goals include building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; promoting national solidarity, pioneering spirit, creativity, and development aspirations; mobilizing, allocating and utilizing resources effectively; combining economic growth with cultural and social development; protecting the environment; improving the material and spiritual well-being of the people; ensuring national defense, security, social order and safety; safeguarding border sovereignty; strengthening external relations and international integration; and advancing Dong Nai’s role as a regional hub of the Southeast region, together with the entire nation, firmly advancing into a new era of development. Building Dong Nai into a green, prosperous, civilized, and modern province; striving to meet the basic criteria of a centrally governed city by 2030.

The Dong Nai Provincial Party Standing Committee currently consists of 19 members, including six members of the Standing Board: Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the PPC and Head of the National Assembly Delegation; Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the PPC  and Chairwoman of Dong Nai VFF; Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the PPC; Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the PPC and Head of the PPC’s Organization Commission.
