Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee announces personnel appointments

On October 9, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC) and Head of the PPC’s Organization Commission Thai Bao chaired a conference to announce decisions on cadre work.

At the event, Member of PPC and Standing Deputy Head of the PPC’s Organization Commission Bui Thi Yen announced the Provincial Party Standing Committee’s decision to transfer Nguyen Duc Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, to work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai province from October 10, 2025. He is also nominated for additional election to the Executive Committee, Standing Board, and to the position of Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Farmers’ Association for the 2023–2028 term.

 In his remarks upon taking office, comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh expressed his gratitude to Standing members and the Provincial Party Standing Committee for their trust and assignment to the new position at the Provincial VFF Committee to be elected as Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers’ Association. He pledged to remain dedicated, responsible, and united in order to fulfill the new duties entrusted to him.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the PPC and Head of the PPC’s Organization Commission Thai Bao congratulated comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh on his new role.

Deputy Secretary of the PPC Thai Bao noted that following the recent organizational merger, the Dong Nai Farmers’ Association currently has only one Chairperson and one Vice Chairperson, so promptly consolidating the association’s leadership is an urgent and necessary requirement to ensure effective operation. After this conference, the Party Committee of Dong Nai VFF will elect comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh to the Executive Committee, Standing Board, and the position of Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Farmers’ Association, in accordance with the PPSC’s orientation.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee trusts that comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh will fulfill and excel in his new role.

Deputy Secretary of the PPC Thai Bao emphasized that the Provincial Farmers’ Association plays a crucial role as one of the province’s key socio-political organizations representing the farming community. Strengthening the association’s leadership will help promote farmers’ production movements, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of the province’s political objectives and enhancing the role of farmers as a driving force in Dong Nai’s sustainable development.
