Disseminating new regulations on labor and employment

On the morning of September 5, the Dong Nai Department of Home Affairs (DoHA), in coordination with relevant departments, sectors, and units, organized a conference to disseminate laws on labor, employment, social insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, and guiding documents for employees and employers in enterprises operating in the province in 2025.

At the conference, 300 delegates representing businesses across the province were briefed by speakers on key updates, including new provisions of the 2024 Social Insurance Law; Government Decree No. 159/2025/ND-CP dated June 25, 2025, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Social Insurance Law on voluntary social insurance; Government Decree No. 219/2025/ND-CP dated August 7, 2025, on regulations for foreign workers in Vietnam; and several provisions related to the reporting and investigation of labor accidents.

Compliance with the law is not only an obligation of each business but also a key solution for stabilizing production, boosting productivity, and improving the working environment. The information presented at the conference helps businesses, employers, and employees gain a clear understanding of legal regulations and implement them correctly. This undertaking, in turn, contributes to reducing labor disputes and ensuring safety, welfare, and the legitimate rights of all parties involved in labor relations.
