Over the past tenure, the Tam Hiep Ward Party Committee has successfully led efforts to meet and surpass the targets set in its resolution. The economic structure has further been shifted in the right direction; trade and services have thrived; while political security and social order maintained. Infrastructure investment through social mobilization has been emphasized, with 100% of roads concreted or upgraded and all 35 neighborhoods equipped with cultural houses. These achievements have provided a crucial foundation for the Party Committee, government, and people of Tam Hiep Ward to build on for fast, sustainable, and modern development.

Identifying key potential and advantages is required to restructure the economy, create livelihoods, and increase local budget revenues. Furthermore, the ward must continuously promote cultural development, improve the material and spiritual well-being of residents, and align these efforts with social security policies.
