Comrade Huynh Thi Hang emphasized that as Loc Thanh does not possess abundant advantages, so the commune needs to prioritize focused and strategic investment. She noted that the National Target Program on Poverty Reduction, the New-style Rural Development Program, and the Socio-Economic Development Program for Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas have profound impacts on Loc Thanh’s progress. The Party Committee and local authorities must integrate and effectively implement resources from these programs. At the same time, she called for harmonizing socio-economic development with environmental protection and efficient use of natural resources; proactively responding to climate change; preventing and mitigating natural disasters; and safeguarding a stable and developing border.
