The congress was also attended by leaders from various provincial departments, agencies, and sectors, along with 150 official delegates representing 725 Party members across the commune.

Hung Thinh Commune was established through the merger of four communes, namely Hung Thinh, Dong Hoa, Trung Hoa, and Tay Hoa. During the 2020-2025 term, the Party committees, governments, armed forces, and people of the former communes have upheld their proud revolutionary traditions, cultural values, and spirit of solidarity, achieving comprehensive results across all areas.

Specifically, the value of industrial and handicraft production has increased by an average of 14% per year; per capita income has reached VND 87.66 million annually; agriculture has developed with four production-consumption linkage chains and 11 OCOP products. Two out of four communes have achieved advanced new-style rural standards, while the remaining two have attained model new-style rural status. In addition, 97.2% of commune-managed roads have been asphalted or concreted, and annual budget revenues have consistently met or exceeded assigned targets.

With its favorable geographical location, large area, sizeable population, relatively well-developed socio-economic infrastructure, and multiple arterial transport routes running through its territory, Hung Thinh Commune has all the conditions to rise strongly and become a new growth pole in the near future. These advantages provide a solid foundation for the Party Committee and people of the commune to advance with confidence and build a more developed homeland.

Do Duc Hoa further urged the commune’s Party Committee to promptly stabilize an efficient and effective organizational structure, worthy of its position as one of the communes near the provincial center with a role in driving development in the eastern region of Dong Nai. He also called for proactive cooperation in investing in commercial, service, and digital infrastructure, while prioritizing economic growth based on the effective exploitation of local potential and advantages, with a focus on high-quality agriculture.

At the same time, he stressed the need to continue innovating leadership methods in a scientific, disciplined, and rule-based manner; to fully grasp population characteristics; and to build the Party and political system in conjunction with economic development, thereby enabling Hung Thinh to achieve comprehensive growth and bring its people a better, wealthier, and happier life.
