(ĐN) – On July 29, in Dong Nai, HCM City Branch of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI-HCM) in coordination with the provincial Department of Finance and Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association organized a training course on lean management (Lean 4.0) and the latest methods for developing optimal key performance indicators (KPIs).

The program aimed to support the business community in enhancing their management capacity and optimizing operations under the Lean 4.0 enterprise management model. It also helped businesses enhancing strategic mindset and develop appropriate KPI systems for their production and business activities.
During the one-day workshop, over 100 business owners and executives from across Dong Nai attended lectures delivered by speaker Huynh Minh Quoc, General Director of ISC Vietnam and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Athena I&E JSC in HCM City. His sessions covered key topics including: enterprise management challenges in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; applying Lean 4.0 principles in business management and corporate restructuring; common mistakes in designing and evaluating corporate KPIs; and practical methods for setting and managing business goals.
In addition, the workshop provided a forum for participants to engage in discussion with the speaker on current operational difficulties, exchange experiences, and explore practical solutions.

Speaking at the event, Chairman Dang Quoc Nghi of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association emphasized that adopting modern management tools and solutions is crucial to help businesses avoid errors and bottlenecks during production and operations. He added that the association will continue working with relevant agencies, organizations, and experts to deliver more training programs in the future, contributing to a stronger and more resilient business community in the province.
