From October 15 to December 15, an exhibition featuring photographs and documents on the life, career and legacy of the national intangible cultural heritage associated with the death anniversary of Marquis Nguyen Huu Canh is being held at Nguyen Huu Canh High School in Long Hung Ward. The exhibition aims to recreate the full journey of territorial expansion undertaken by Nguyen Huu Canh, along with traditional rituals and lively festival activities held during the commemorative event. Visitors can also explore images and documents relating to valuable woodblocks from the Nguyen Dynasty, as well as royal decrees whose images are preserved at the historical site.

In addition, Dong Nai Culture and Cinema Center, in coordination with Phu Ly and Hung Thinh communes, is organizing an exhibition of 180 archival photographs about the the Central Office for South Vietnam. The display also incorporates images highlighting Dong Nai’s achievements in economic, political, cultural and social development, national defense and security, and administrative reform in 2026. Combining historical content with contemporary development achievements gives visitors a broader perspective on the revolutionary struggle and the locality’s transformation in a new period.

In Hang Gon Ward, ahead of the 2026 Ky Yen Festival at Ong Da Temple, held from October 20 to 22 at the special national relic of Hang Gon Megalithic Tomb archaeological site, local authorities are organizing a photo exhibition titled Hang Gon: From Heritage to Contemporary Life. The exhibition features nearly 300 archival photographs arranged in two sections: The enduring legacy of the Hang Gon Megalithic Tomb and Hang Gon - Life Today. It introduces the relic site’s historical, cultural and archaeological significance while promoting the locality to visitors from near and far.
