To ensure that activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2026 reach a broad audience, Dong Nai will intensify communication efforts across mass media, press agencies, and social media platforms. These efforts aim to reaffirm the role of books, promote a reading culture, build a learning society, and enrich the spiritual lives of people.
