Eight cycling teams from across the country will compete in the 2026 National Cycling Tournament titled “Returning to Phuoc Long to Build Victory”, scheduled to take place from January 4 to 6 in the wards of Binh Phuoc and Phuoc Long.

According to the organizers, the 2026 National Cycling Tournament “Returning to Phuoc Long to Build Victory” - Deli Tire has so far attracted registration from eight leading cycling teams nationwide. These include Binh Minh Plastic, Duoc Domesco Dong Thap, Loc Troi Group (An Giang), Vinama Ho Chi Minh City, Military Region 7, Phuoc Long Youth Dong Nai, and Vo Dac Dong Nai.
The tournament will feature three stages: Stage 1, a 5-kilometer individual time trial; Stage 2, a 128-kilometer road race; and Stage 3, a 106-kilometer road race.
According to the schedule, on January 4, the participating teams and the organizing committee will conduct inspections of athletes’ documentation and uniforms, and attend a technical meeting ahead of the official competition. On January 5, the tournament will be officially opened at the Dong Nai Sports Training and Competition Center (Facility No. 2, Binh Phuoc Ward).
Following the opening ceremony, the athletes will enter the first stage, a 5-kilometer individual time trial along Ho Xuan Huong Street. In the afternoon of the same day, the second stage covering a distance of more than 128 kilometers will take place, starting from the Dong Nai Sports Training and Competition Center and passing through several localities, including Dong Xoai, Chon Thanh, and Phu Rieng, before finishing at Bang Lang Hill - Ba Ra Mountain in Phuoc Long Ward. On January 6, the peloton will compete in the final stage, a 106-kilometer circuit around Phuoc Long and Phuoc Binh wards. The award ceremony will be held at the Phuoc Long Victory Monument.
The 2026 National Cycling Tournament, “Returning to Phuoc Long to Build Victory,” is not only a platform for athletes to train and improve their professional skills, but also an opportunity for Dong Nai Province to promote its image, people, and unique tourism potential to audiences nationwide. Through this event, the movement “All people exercise their bodies following Uncle Ho’s example” continues to spread strongly, contributing to the promotion of sportsmanship and national pride at the start of the new year.
