In her congratulatory remarks, Do Hong Van, Deputy Head of the Department of Labor Relations under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, emphasized that over the years, the Vietnam Trade Union has always paid special attention to both the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers.

In addition to safeguarding legitimate rights and interests, trade unions at all levels have continuously made efforts to implement meaningful programs that help workers feel secure, stay committed to their work, and gain motivation to strive in life.

The mass wedding ceremony is one of the activities that most clearly reflects such spirit. It is not merely a wedding, but a gesture of sharing and support from the trade union organization for couples facing difficulties, as well as an opportunity for workers to more deeply feel the care and companionship of the trade union at important milestones in their lives.

She noted that the event not only serves as a bridge to happiness but also provides motivation for union members to continue striving in life. The trade union believes that the mass wedding event will leave a special impression on the workers, promoting a civilized and economical wedding model that honors traditional cultural values, as well as reflecting the care and support of organizations, agencies, enterprises and society as a whole.
