The program consists of five chapters: Historical Milestones, Paving the Way for the Present, The Present and Historical Culture, Reaching New Heights, and Conclusion.

The program opens with the story of the year Mau Dan (1698), when General Nguyen Huu Canh, Marquis of Ideal Ritual Observation, following the orders of Lord Nguyen Phuc Chu, traveled south to survey the Dang Trong region. He set up camp at Cu Lao Pho (now part of Tran Bien ward), then began establishing an administrative system, using land in Dong Nai to form Gia Dinh prefecture, which comprised two districts: Phuoc Long, where Tran Bien garrison was built, and Tan Binh, where Phien Tran garrison was established.

Through the vicissitudes of history, Tran Bien today is a modern, economically developed city that retains the rich culture and history of the Southern region. It is also a land where traditional history and culture blend harmoniously with the development of bustling riverside roads and the emerging high-end commercial complexes.
